Amy Moll is the founder of Healing Response Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine.
From a very early age, Amy knew her purpose in life was to help people experience a greater level of health and well-being without the use of invasive surgery or pharmaceuticals.
After designing her own major in Health & Wellness at the University of Minnesota, and studying Western Herbal Medicine at Southern Cross University in Australia, she completed a Master in Oriental Medicine, Magna Cum Laude, from the Minnesota College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. During her studies, she co-founded the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Student Organization of the Midwest and served as the Vice President of the university’s Student Senate. She was a member of the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association of Minnesota and was instrumental in designing a new website for the organization.
Amy fell in love with the art, philosophy and holistic nature of Chinese medicine. She enjoys helping people become more in-tune with their bodies, and more cognizant of all the subtle messages their bodies are giving them. Her greatest joy is seeing people’s health and quality of life improve.
In addition to her study of Chinese medicine, Amy worked as a health coach, guiding people toward making healthy lifestyle and nutritional changes they could maintain, and as a kickboxing instructor at the Warrior’s Cove.
At Healing Response Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine Amy combines her knowledge of Chinese medicine with health coaching techniques to help people make significant changes in their physical and mental health, nutrition and lifestyle.
In addition to health and wellness, Amy enjoys reading, qi gong, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, the Brazilian martial art capoeira, and spending time with friends and family.

Introducing….Kim Marie Labenski, L.Ac.
Kim Labenski joined Amy Moll, L.Ac. at Healing Response Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine in November of 2008, having moved to Bend, Oregon from Los Angeles, California.
She is a State and National Board certified Acupuncturist, licensed in both Oregon and California. A 2007 graduate with honors of Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles, Kim earned the degree of Master of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kim also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Health Fitness from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Growing up in Connecticut, Kim credits her grandmother’s severe arthritis, numerous surgeries and subsequent physical therapy treatments with her desire to study varied methods of helping people prevent and recover from physical disease. One field of study has lead to another and yet another, revealing a winding path to this point in time.
While studying Athletic Training and Health Fitness, Kim realized that she preferred the therapeutic modalities and hands-on treatment of the injured athletes to that of waiting on the sidelines for someone to get hurt. After moving to California from the east coast in 1990, she became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant by challenging the California Physical Therapy Board’s assistant’s exam. This is an alternative means of licensure allowed in California with three years of experience in the field (as an unlicensed PT aide) and equivalent course work from a related degree, however, this makes her license non-transferable to another state, such as Oregon, that requires an Associate degree from an accredited PTA program. Kim worked in California as a PT Assistant in an outpatient hospital based clinic for the past fourteen years. She is considered to have highly perceptive manual therapy skills and to be caring, diligent and compassionate in her treatments of patients.
Kim became drawn to the more holistic and energetic side of the human condition somewhere along the way, studying and practicing the Upledger Institute’s CranioSacral Therapy over the past six years. This opened the floodgates to thinking outside the standard Western Medical box and led Kim to study Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine over the last four years, thus giving her the skill and means to facilitate healing to treat the whole person.
Being extensively trained in a number of healing arts, Kim is able to incorporate interdisciplinary practices into her treatments, specializing in neck and back pain as well as other orthopedic conditions. Kim also offers treatments in Facial Rejuvenation using state-of-the-art, needle-free microcurrent electrical stimulation with the Acutron Mentor machine, which has shown amazing results in many high-end spas and clinic around the world.Treatments with Kim Marie Labenski, L.Ac., are available by appointment only at 541.948.9455.
